Krav Maga (“contact combat”) is a hand-to-hand combat defense fighting system developed in Israel. The primary focus is to neutralize or incapacitate the opponent as quickly as possible — by any means necessary with simple and instinctive movements.

Krav Maga is recognized as the best self defense system in the world and is currently used by military, law enforcement, intelligence organizations and elite special forces around the world. This program will help prepare you for vulnerable situations you may face on the streets or even in your own home.

If you are new to Krav Maga, we offer 1 beginner drop-in class, where indicated on the schedule. No appointment necessary. But please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start. Our beginner class is open to all levels and for men and women.
